Uliv Roma Norte

Really loved our stay! Location is wonderful, very close to everything but far enough away to be quiet and peaceful. Staff were super accommodating and friendly. The small gym and laundry were really nice to have also. Will definitely be back!

There are lots of places in Roma Nte / Condesa / tourist areas that pay for fake reviews. This is one of them. I can't personally recommend this place but I think if you are a person in their early 20's who just wants to have a good time and doesn't care about the condition of the rooms, then this place might be suitable as it's close to many things. The rooms felt disgusting. The front desk staff is friendly but also I think they know their hotel is only a place for a certain kind of traveler. If you are still interested in this place / want a quiet room (many rooms are noisy) I would recommend getting a studio as they don't have the huge windows that let in a lot of noise. There is AC and it does work. We didn't even get to check out the rooftop or the gym. The room was disturbing enough and we only ended up staying for a night before switching to a different airbnb.

I stayed at ULIV Roma Norte and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. I initially booked a standard single room, but upon arrival, I was shocked to find that the room was extremely small. There was literally no space to even open my suitcase comfortably. When I asked for an upgrade, the staff first told me it wasn’t possible. After contacting Hotels.com, I was told that if the property agreed, they could cancel my reservation and issue a refund so I could rebook a larger room. The front desk staff verbally confirmed this was fine — so I booked a second, larger room. But when I requested the cancellation, the hotel suddenly refused the refund, and the same staff member went back on her word, claiming she hadn’t agreed to anything. I ended up paying for two rooms in the same hotel due to this lack of professionalism and bad faith. This was not the experience I expected from a place advertised as upscale. If you're considering booking here, think twice — especially if you're relying on flexibility or good service. Sadly, I found neither.
