Ultima Hotel Gstaad

This was an amazing stay! The interior is beautiful, and together with its spa and surroundings, it's the perfect spot if you come to Gstaad to relax. But what truly made the experience exceptional was the delicious dinner served by F&B Manager Gennaro (who clearly knows that dessert is a must!). Equally delightful were the friendly conversations at breakfast with Lisa and Bart, who made us feel completely at home. A huge thank you to all the Ultima staff, who exemplify perfect hospitality! The only suggestion: I think that it would be helpful to have the price list of the snacks in the room.

Unbelievable stay at Ultima Gstaad. From the moment we arrived, the staff was impeccable—always warm, smiling, and genuinely eager to help. We stayed in the Signature Suite, which was beautifully designed and incredibly comfortable. The breakfast spread was top-tier, and the Italian restaurant exceeded expectations. The spa deserves a special mention—not only was it serene and luxurious, but I also had quite possibly the best massage I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve had many around the world). The team even went above and beyond when a phone call didn’t go through—they simply came up in person to assist. That level of attention and care truly sets Ultima apart. Highly recommended.

Fabulous Hotel, with a beautiful Spa. The Massages are excellent with superb therapists Caroline Charlotte and Melanie. Quiet rooms luxurious beds and therapist with excellent knowledge.
