I had an amazing stay at City Suites Ramos Tower! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and professional service. The location is perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough for a relaxing stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with modern amenities. The view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, especially at night! The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. What truly stood out was the excellent hospitality. The staff was attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist. Whether it was housekeeping, reception, or security, everyone made sure I had a smooth and enjoyable experience. If you're looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Cebu, City Suites Ramos Tower is a fantastic choice. Highly recommended! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Rooms need a facelift. Need some repairs in kitchenette and toilets. No blackout curtains. Security guard is not helpful to guests. Limited parking. Rooms are cheap so you get what ypu pay for. Check out the airbnb listings in Horizon 101 for much better rooms for almost same price.

Dont be sure youll be checked in ☹️ – Although my booking was confirmed, once I arrived, host informed me that he extended stay for previous guest and room is not available anymore. He claimed that i havent replied to his reminders which btw been sent the same day as his first e-mail. My reply also came the same day but later. Host hasnt informed me that booking has been canceled which resulted me loosing money for a cab to get there and further walk to find alternative place to stay, carying bags in 30°+ heat. Place is dirty.I saw cockroaches in a lobby. Host blamed me for entire situation even though my reply came the day before my arival. He offered me an alternative room which administration of the building had no clue about. Host lies about everything. Do not recommend staying there.
