We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay at this hotel in Italy — everything exceeded our expectations! From the moment we arrived, the service was outstanding. Nazli made our experience truly special; she was consistently polite, warm, and incredibly friendly, always going the extra mile to make us feel welcomed and cared for. A special mention also goes to Anton, whose cocktails were a real highlight of our evenings! He kept both me and my partner smiling with every drink, and his knowledge of the hotel’s wine selection was genuinely impressive — he guided us through some incredible choices that added so much to our experience. The atmosphere, the service, the attention to detail — everything was perfect. We couldn’t be happier with our stay. A well-deserved 10/10 — we will definitely be returning and recommending this gem to everyone we know! Grazie mille!

The staff was so accommodating and helpful! Sandra, David, and Zoru continued to work towards making our stay so great! They curated our experience based on our preferences and the specialities of the hotel. The food was phenomenal and we trusted Zoru to make personalized recommendations and orders. She knocked it out of the park! We did find travel accommodations were difficult to plan out if you don’t have a car due to the remoteness of the hotel, but could also be the most relaxing with seclusion among people.

Positively perfect in every way don’t want to go home want to stay. The staff can’t do enough for you and we did t make dinner on the first night so the got us meats and wine ready - that’s before we’d arrived. What a perfect place in perfect surroundings
