The pool facilities have been nicely upgraded to a very high standard. New and modern The rooms have great views over the Pacific Ocean and are well equipped. Nice kitchen bathrooms and bedrooms. Happy to stay here again. Gymnasium is disappointing, too small and tired, so chose not to use it. Staff friendly and cooperative Location was excellent
Fantastic location right in the middle of Broadbeach,close to beach, light rail and pacific fair . We were lucky enough to get room 23C which had a great view and was recently renovated. Facilities were great and well maintained. 3 pools, spa sauna and steam room were excellent and not too busy. Would definitely choose the place again.
Apartment was spacious with gorgeous ocean views. Misunderstanding with being advised prior to arrival that beach towels were included which is incorrect, they are available at $15 charge each. Ironing board needs replacing and dryer didn’t work. Regardless we would definitely stay again. It’s walking distance to supermarket, restaurants & the beach. Fantastic facilities with 3 pools, spa, sauna & steam room.
