Unfortunately the bath room floor had long black hair left behind. Pretty clear the bath room floor was not cleaned. Other than that the towels were lovely and soft and the bed was very comfy. Staff were nice and when I informed them about the hair they were very apologetic and offered free drink cards, which was a nice gesture. It’s a great location with everything you need walking distance. We had dinner there the fish was beautiful fresh and tasty.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Honestly, the rooms are so dated it feels like a 2 star Motel. Rooms are stuffy, all walls are chipped, carpet old, bathroom so dated. Stayed in a 2 bed room. 1 very small table between 2 beds with a lamp on that both beds cannot reach???? Stayed for 2 nights for $800 and honestly feel sick that this is what we paid for such a place. Room also has a “balcony” but very small no chairs and right on the road / footpath so super weird to stand on balcony and watch people park and get out there cars. Worst hotel have stayed in for money spent. Please read this as your sign not to stay here. Staff were lovely, nil complaints on service. Edit: also wanted to add, the rooms were so hot and air con didn't work in room. We spoke to reception who changed our rooms and it was exactly the same. This was middle of winter. They did give us fan’s to use for the room and said that there were a few complaints of hot rooms. So if you are a hot sleeper… I would try somewhere else.

For $350 a night in a “king spa room,” I expected at least some level of quality. Instead, this stay was a major letdown. There was no bathroom bin, no toothbrushes, no toothpaste, and no extras in the room at all not even bubble bath for the spa, which makes the whole “spa room” label feel misleading. The view from our window wasn’t pleasant either; instead of something relaxing, we were looking straight out over a bare rooftop. At this price point, you’d reasonably expect attention to detail, basic amenities, and at least a touch of luxury. Instead, the room felt stripped back and impersonal, with nothing to justify the cost. Very disappointing stay, and not somewhere I would recommend or return
