Uluwatu Kayana Bungalows by Bukit Vista

Great place to stay, nice and secluded bungalows with a communal pool and friendly hosts. Bungalows are quiet and peaceful with a good amount of outdoor space. Bungalows include a shared kitchen with a fridge and water dispenser, along with free access to Kayana gym next door to the bungalows.

We had a great stay here. The property is beautiful and peaceful. The rooms are clean and hot water works well. There is a well-equipped kitchen with a stove, plates, mugs, spoons, fridge etc. Krisa was very helpful and was always around if we needed anything. There is a great Indian restaurant right opposite so our meals were sorted! There are also 3 very adorable kittens at the property! They are super playful and made our stay a lot of fun. We bought a packet of Whiskas kitten dry food for them and left it with Krisa to feed them. A small request from our end: If you are staying here, do leave a pack of kitten dry food/wet food with Krisa for them to eat :) You can get it at any Indomaret. The only downside about the property we felt personally was that the place doesn't have any marts or pharmacies at a walking distance. We didnt have a scooter so had to get a Grab/Gojek cab for this.

WARNING: DO NOT STAY HERE If negative stars were possible, this property would earn them all. My experience here was an absolute disaster, the worst I ever experienced with any hospitality business. We had a long-term booking (2 months) disrupted by a family emergency, and despite our circumstances, the management showed zero willingness to help us in this situation and lied to us that they would want to help but that Airbnb was blocking their request. Airbnb then reached out to me, understanding the situation and providing a partial refund, which they rejected. They told us to get a new guest for them to recover some of our losses, yet were met with greed—management demanded an additional €340 on top of our initial payment. After spending another €140 to adjust the booking dates, we were abruptly informed it was too late to make changes. My partner drove 2 hours to see them, upon arrival suddenly all communication was stopped and they were hiding from us. Unwilling to talk to us. Absolute disaster.
