Umaid Haveli in Jaipur exceeded expectations in almost every way. The location is perfect, blending seamlessly into the local culture while offering modern comforts. The traditional architecture adds a unique charm to the stay. Room service is efficient and fast, and the staff's behavior is top-notch. Plus, the two swimming pools are a great spot for families, with comfortable seating areas where everyone can relax and enjoy quality time together. The only area that could use a bit of improvement is the breakfast spread. Overall, a wonderful experience that I would highly recommend with a minor tweak here and there.
It is a very good property with excellent ambience. The staff were very friendly, and the food at their in-house restaurant was delicious. The resort has very nice two swimming pool. The location is slightly outside the city, which makes it a bit difficult to get a taxi from there. The only disadvantage was that they did not allow outside food, in case you wished to order. Additionally, there are no good restaurants nearby if you want to try something else.
Very poor management. Manager of this property is very rude. Doesn't know how to please guests, Doesn't sound and behave professional at all. However Haveli is beautiful and pool areas are clean and maintained but middle management staff members are unprofessional. Food they provided in room service was not worth eating, too spicy and oily. Now coming to the Breakfast. Buffet was horrible and you have to self serve everything. They don't serve even a glass of water to the guests on the table which was quite surprising as we have never ever faced anything like this anywhere during our stays across the India.
