Umala at Bisma

We have extended 3 times, chose this one over a four star hotel which we had left again, just to come back to this place and extend the fourth time lol. Honestly, this is the only place in Bali we felt really home, especially the staff is super nice and NOT pushy or annoying, which is the number 1 reason I would choose this place again and again. Bed is nice and clean, hot water with good pressure. Rooms are full of Light and sunshine when the sun is rising, we felt super amazing here. Thank you so much. Pool is cold, but we liked it. Plus best location, you can walk everywhere easily.

Lovely rooms, staff, bed and location. Pillows were quite big and hard, softer would of been nice. They were kind to let me move rooms when I extended my stay.

Really good location, though it's not too far from the busy streets of Ubud it is still very peaceful. The staff were friendly and chatty, which made us feel welcome right away. Breakfast was included, nothing fancy but it hit the spot! Only a couple of small things to improve – a mirror in the room would be handy since the bathroom mirror fogged up after showering and we did notice a few dead flies on the wall that ideally would’ve been cleaned before we arrived. That said, the rooms were lovely, and we’d definitely stay here again
