This whole experience is clearly a reflection of the brilliant leadership of Brian D’Souza, Director of Operations, whose touch is everywhere — from the seamless service to the way the whole team radiates pride and warmth. Umana isn’t just a place you stay — it’s a place you feel. I left feeling inspired, deeply rested, and already planning my return.

LXR Umana Bali was an absolute paradise! From the moment we arrived, we were immersed in tropical and genuine Balinese hospitality. My wife and I had the absolute pleasure of staying at The Umana Bali for five nights during our honeymoon, and it was hands-down the highlight of our entire Southeast Asia trip. One of the true standouts of our stay was dinner at Oliverra—the food was simply breathtaking, with rich flavors, thoughtful presentation, and a view that made the experience even more magical. Our villa was immaculate and peaceful, offering the perfect blend of privacy and comfort.
