Umut Thermal Spa & Wellness Hotel

pretty nice ig i didnt stay at the hotel but the aquapark was nice and the thermal pods were amazinggg didnt like the smell though.. the food there is expensive by the way but if you bring some friends, split up the bill and stay for a few hours its worth it

Rooms are clean and huge Aqua Park is wonderful View is great Thermal is awful Breakfast is not acceptable But pools are very neat and nice I think the price is too much for one night (3750 tl)event we want one more slipper and they say you can buy from shop😐 Tge worth thing is that Markets and shops are do far from the hotel

Terrible hotel! Really disappointed with the stay. Heard this place was really nice (pre-covid) so that’s why we booked. But on arrival the hotel looks worn down and not nice at all. Food was terrible! Staff were hardly around, they were rude and not helpful at all. There was horrible live music on until 1am which could be heard throughout the hotel! The pools aren’t maintained at all, which made them hard to enjoy, even though the water was very warm. The smell throughout the hotel from interior thermal pool was very off putting! I’ve been to thermal hotels before and they have never smelt like that. Rooms were very bad. Beds are horrible. Bathroom are falling apart. There was no hot water from the main shower or thermal water shower in the room. Bathrobes had holes in them. Just see for yourself.
