Lovely staff, rooms are very good. Lot of noises about..not traffic so much as I was facing an internal view to apartments I think. Bathroom plumbing from adjacent room bit noisy. Wonderful aircon. Lovely breakfast and staff. Restaurant should be open on lunch 7days a week and a bit earlier than 7.30pm for dinner. As a big tourist destination people that arrive want to eat early and rest or go out. The convenience of the restaurant to do this is a consideration for me. But overall great..thank goodness as it cost me a fortune based on $AU dollar being involved. My problem I understand.
Fantastic hotel with brilliant staff. The location couldn't be better for visiting Milan, breakfast was excellent and the suite we were upgraded to was modern and clean. Will definitely come back if we return to Milan in the future.
Perfect location, near the park and metro 5 min walk. in the center of Milano. Very good breakfast. I had a misunderstanding with the staff about a late checkout, they didn't inform me about the cost in advance, then charged me for 140(!) euro, so always ask for the cost. Other than that everything was fine.
