UNA Hotels Empire Roma

I stayed here with my family and we had such a pleasant experience. There were a total of 7 of us and they were so accommodating and gave us rooms right next to each other. The staff was so kind and attentive. The rooms were clean and well kept and the breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend this stay. The location is fantastic because it’s not super busy but it’s a short walk away from anything you would want to do! We walked to all the piazzas, trevi fountain, colosseum, Roman forum, basilicas, and so much more!

This is a great hotel because of the caring and lovely staff. They were extremely helpful to me when I came last month (with a very large tour group) helping with some guest emergencies and also going above and beyond to help me by doing things like putting up a white board so I could make an info center for my guests. Also the location is great—near Termini and also walking distance to many main attractions. Sure the rooms need to be renovated—but this is par for the course in hotels with this price range in major tourist destinations. 😳They really need to improve their WIFI 💻. It was difficult to sign on to and nearly impossible to use unless right next to the lobby—unacceptable if you need WIFI for work. The dining room is lovely and food in the restaurant is excellent 😜

Nicely appointed room, with all necessary requirements, lovely buffet breakfast, good meal in the evening, efficient staff. Bonus, a courtyard beyond the reception and lifts, which was a pleasant surprise, central and quiet location in very busy Rome. There are a few eateries nearby which is useful if you wish to eat out. Will happily stay here again.
