UNA Hotels Forte dei Marmi

Lovely stay! Whit a beautiful view of the mountains and just a short bike ride down to the ocean (rent of bikes is included +) very nice pool area where you can relax in the lounge area, take a swim or play tennis. Great service from all the staff. We really loved the pool guy/life guard :) Amazing breakfast and bar! Thank you for a pleasant stay!

This resort on the Tuscan coastline was a wonderful surprise and my goodness, how much Marble surrounds this area! When we arrived we didn't think much of the external aspect, it looked tired, yet this was soon upgraded on check in - it was smooth, with staff friendly speaking both Italian and English. The restaurant was good (a little bit pretentious and pricey) and the breakfast daily was lovely. Our beds were comfortable and rooms were well sized, clean, and the climate control was exceptional. The pool was cleaned daily and was beautiful to swim in, with attentive staff on hand if needed. We very much enjoyed our stay and hope to be back some day. A big thanks to the restaurant crew, nothing was too hard and for Italy that's saying something 😉

Good hotel overall, but unfortunately the receptionist Sara was rude and completely unprofessional. Please remind her that guests are paying to stay at the hotel, and such attitude and lack of respect is not acceptable under any circumstances. Hospitality requires basic courtesy, which was clearly missing.
