Our room was very comfortable and well supplied with everything you need. The breakfast was very good with eggs, bacon, sausage, bread, cheese, sandwich meats, baked goods, coffees, juices and more. We had a couple of pizzas and drinks over dinner one evening on the rooftop which was very pleasant. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Location was very central and easy to get to by bus from the airport or from the central train station. Sound proofing was amazing! Highly recommend a stay there.
UNA Hotel Napoli was a fantastic choice for my stay before and after a cruise in Naples. Being part of a well-known Italian hotel chain, it offers a level of quality and consistency that can be hard to find in independent hotels in the city, based on my past experiences. The room I stayed in was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained, with the added bonus of two balconies offering wonderful views over Naples. The amenities provided were excellent, contributing to a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Although the hotel is located right next to the central train station, I found the area to be surprisingly safe, and the level of city noise was perfectly manageable. The breakfast each morning was very good, with a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. One of the standout features of the hotel is its rooftop bar—stylish, relaxed, and offering fantastic panoramic views of the city. What truly made my stay memorable was the outstanding service from the Front Desk team. They were consistently polite, welcoming, and extremely helpful with anything I needed. I truly felt looked after. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend UNA Hotel Napoli to anyone visiting the city.
I’ll start with the good side: the top floor restaurant and the patio bar. One of the best eatery in Naples for dinner AND breakfast. Superb service as well. The rest of the hotel though, is a bit of a disappointment. Room is spacious but almost all of them are facing station square or main street and they are very, very loud at night. I can understand the daytime noise, after all it’s near train station. What I didn’t expect is how loud it is at night. I could barely sleep the first night and when I asked the front desk staff for a change of room, all I got is just a shrug and “all the rooms are pretty much the same”. Bathroom is okay in terms of water pressure and cleaness but none of them mean much when you can’t sleep.
