Una Hotels Occhiobello

Stayed at this hotel the night before we visited Ferrara — it turned out to be the best hotel of our entire Italian trip this year. We paid much more for other hotels during the trip, but none of them came close to this one in terms of comfort, service, and overall value. The staff were genuinely helpful, the room was spacious and spotless, and breakfast was excellent, with lots of hot vegetarian options and fresh honeycomb. The parking area was big and easy to navigate — no tight spots to squeeze into. Truly a great stay at a great price.

While the location is not perfect, this hotel is fine and enjoyable for short stays. The rooms are clean and supplied, but don't expect a good shower; the hottest setting still feels like a cold shower. The key cards that are supposed to open the doors don't function half the time either. The dinner we got was alright, the breakfast was quite extensive and there was plenty of choice, including the necessary supplies like toasters, coffee machines and juice dispensers. Would recommend for short one-night stays during a travel in Italy.

Impolite staff, bad attitude towards me, the guest.I was treated like refugee crossing the border, hardy forgettable unfortunately.NOT tourist friendly. Rooms and atmosphere are good; restaurant bit expensive but overall tasty. Location-wise everyone could decide for himself
