UNA Hotels One Catania Wellness & SPA

Beautiful hotel! We really enjoyed staying here on our honeymoon. The WiFi works seamlessly throughout the entire hotel grounds. The cleaning staff works hard & it always smells refreshing in the hotel. I loved the swimming areas located near the pool. There is a free shuttle to the town center, but you can also walk. Beautiful view of the sea and Mt Etna. Hopefully we will be back one day!

We stayed 3 days and absolutely loved it. The hotel is located just outside the busy city center which makes it very peaceful — perfect for a getaway. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, whether it was calling taxis, recommending local restaurants, or arranging a private tour guide for our trip to Mount Etna. The newly opened restaurant offers a great breakfast selection. We also had dinner there on our first night, the food was excellent. The staff were attentive and genuinely impressive making it felt more like a 5-star hotel experience. The rooms have been beautifully renovated, super clean, and full of sunlight. The bed was pure comfort— one of the best we’ve slept in which made it very difficult to get up in the morning. We can’t wait to come back, especially when the spa opens!

It couldn’t have been better! The hotel is an intimate and peaceful oasis in an otherwise intense city. The lounge, restaurant and other public spaces are beautifully designed, comfortable and pleasing to the eye. The staff are thoughtful, knowledgeable and helpful above and beyond. The restaurant is five star. I really can’t think of anything I would change!
