UNA Hotels Vittoria Firenze

We booked here for our Honeymoon. At the first moment, the receptionist was a bit messy with communication, there was a bit of chaos and that's not what I was used to be in a hotel. The room was clean, but the bathroom and shower could get an upgrade, you can see that it's getting old and here and there you see things that been fixed but doesn't look professional and could be cleaner. We get a nice plate of desserts for our Honeymoon what was lovely, just didn't know how long the fruit was lying there. Cause we didn't give them an hour of check in. In the evening I went to the bar for a drink, and had to wait more than 10 minutes. The same guy by the reception called the bartender for many times, so after a long time waiting I got my drink. That was not nice, cause my wife was waiting in the room for me. But they didn't let me pay the drink from the minibar, cause of the long waiting at the bar. The breakfast was good, but there was no service to help or for the cleaning up outside, the were pigeons jumping on the tables for food. That's not romantic or enjoying while taking a breakfast. For the rest there is a parking at the hotel, so no searching around in the neighborhood, what is a good thing.

The hotel has a good location and we appreciate the safe parking space with the working tesla destination charger. The breakfast as also good. But the rooms show their age and any noise outside will keep you up at night. On our last night a group of guests were very loud on our floor and we did not sleep. The AC was also not working

Horrible. Absolutely Horrendous. The design is the fever dream of a child. The staff were friendly but my room smelled of smoke causing 13 hours of headache. While not their fault for being full, so we could not change rooms, they didn’t even offer their cleaning services. I have no clue how this place scrapes by as a 4 star, do not believe its facade as a 4 star and take it as a low 3 star. The rooms vary in color, so ours was black which felt as if we were floating in a headache inducing space, which was decently nice. However the rooms colors vary and the capability of this hotel is limited. The rooms are also incredibly cramped. If you come here or are a tour group do not book this place unless you want a headache, a seizure from the design of this place, or bad reviews simply because of this hotel. If I had stayed more than one night I would’ve rather slept in the putrid yellow stairways or outside. Do not come here 1 star.
