Unahotels Malpensa

We were very satisfied with the hospitality and services. The staff were always friendly and kind. The distance to the city center is about 18 minutes with highway access. The breakfast was excellent, with incredibly kind and cheerful staff, especially Marcello and Marianna.

We stayed for 2 days. The rooms are nice and big. The staff is horrible. They were rude and didnt take care of us.Also we wanted to eat at the restaurant and almost all the tables were empty but they said we had to have a reservation? No one told that when we first got our rooms. I am writing this to the hotel’s attention but they might not see this because i meant it when i said HORRİBLE

The room I stayed at is quite questionable. Not only I have noticed that there are stains on the walls, there is a creepy bed and a creepy door behind a self-customer bed. It is very creaky and I never liked hotels being like this. Yes, I know hotels have that type of door in rooms for sharing direct access unless if the style is cleaner. While I tried to check the bathroom, I spotted a huge spider trying to crawl on the ceiling of the bathroom. While I tried to open the toilet lid, the lid was completely loose. It’s not properly maintained, and I would not recommend this hotel. The elevators in this hotel runs very smooth, and the location and service was okay.
