Una Hotels Varese Una Hotels Varese is a typical business hotel conveniently located near the city center. The room size was perfect, and although the rooms are a bit older, they were still in good condition. Cleanliness was top-notch, with housekeeping taking great care on a daily basis. The reception is open 24 hours, which is extremely convenient for late check-ins. Breakfast starts at 7 AM and offers a wide range of options, including gluten-free and vegetarian choices, which was fantastic. The hotel also provides dining options at their restaurant. While dinner was okay, it wasn’t particularly impressive, but it suffices for a one-night stay. Luckily, there are several nearby restaurants to explore. Parking is free but limited; however, underground parking is available for an additional cost. I didn't get a chance to test the gym as it opens at 7AM in the morning, and my work commitments didn't allow for it. The staff throughout the entire hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Room service was somewhat limited, the vending machine was almost empty. Nonetheless, I appreciated the two complimentary bottles of water provided in the room. Overall, it's a solid option for business travelers looking for a convenient stay near Varese city center.

Take care of what your paying! The Hotel was great - AC worked perfectly in our room, the Pool was open and the food really good! Breakfast hat a lot of options and was very tasty! They even had snacks at the bar in the afternoon. You can take as many as you want when buying beverages. Staff at the bar and in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive! Could have been a perfect stay BUT: We payed the city tax by check-in in cash (room was payed already at booking). Didn’t got a receipt. The man at the reception told us that we have to pay 4 € per towel for the pool. Rented two for 8€. Afterwards we read in the descriptions in the room that towels are only 3€! At the next day at check-out (only stayed one night) when my partner checked out he was taxed again!! I realised it too late as I wasn’t at the check out with him. Bc we hadn’t a receipt from check-in, we had to pay again. In total only 8€ too much, but definitely a no-go for a 4 star hotel!! So: always take a receipt and double check the prices!!

Nearly 80 degrees and the air conditioning is not working in the rooms. Never again! Breakfast is kind of ok. Coffee is very bitter however and the scrambled eggs are a no-go. Hotel interior looks very nice and the location is also good. Cannot recommend at all.
