Unica Suites Rome

I couldn’t have picked a better place to stay while in Rome. Perfect location, easy check in process. Room was great, very spacious, very clean. Air condition worked well. Just a beautiful place to stay.

Stayed in joint rooms 102+103 as a family with 4 kids. Rooms were big and there is big balcony. Service was great, helpful and friendly. Location is wonderful. Great experience!

The location was good, right in the center of the attractions and restaurants. Room was well decorated and spacious. They provided complimentary water (2 bottle for the whole stay) which is also a good gesture. However, neither the water or coffee pods will be refilled during your stay (as we were told). I could not find any gym (or not even mentioned to us) or any other facilities except the room during our stay. However, not all rooms have elevator access (even though the hotel describes having elevator access). The front desk is available only for certain hours in the day, and we had an issue with a light fixture after hours that we were not able to contact anyone. The front desk person should be more professional. One of them acted harshly when I pointed out an issues with water leakage from upstairs and he didn’t provided me with any answers or resolutions regarding fixing the issue. Taking some stars off for that.
