I recently had the pleasure of staying at Unico Hotel Maarif in Casablanca, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The breakfast buffet was a delightful start to our day. What truly set this hotel apart was the exceptional service provided by the staff. Ikram, in particular, stood out with her professionalism and attentiveness. Her fluency in English and dedication to ensuring guests have a pleasant stay were remarkable. I saw her going beyond her scope of duty to help the guests. Additionally, Sara at the front desk was incredibly welcoming and helpful, making the check-in process smooth and providing valuable information about local attractions. Overall, Unico Hotel Maarif exceeded my expectations with its excellent location, comfortable accommodations, and outstanding staff. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Casablanca and look forward to returning in the future.
Honestly! We had a great time in your hotel as its name realy unique and the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay also the rooms were impeccable and very comfortable and We also appreciated the delicious breakfast every morning and loved the ideal location near the main attractions and the central location of the hotel allowed you to easily discover Casablanca city ♥️
The location is convenient and easy to find, with supermarkets and dining options nearby. The staff are incredibly wonderful and nice people!!! However, there was always a smell of disinfectant in the room, and ventilation was poor. The soundproofing wasn't great either, as you could hear noises from the hallway or the street. The light bulb in the bathroom kept flickering. Overall, it was fairly clean, but there were bloodstains on the sheets. I was very tired when I checked in, so instead of asking them to change it, I just put up with it for the night. It’s only a 12-15 minute taxi ride to two train stations (Oasis and casa voyageurs) . The airport shuttle is quite expensive at 30 euros, so it’s more convenient to take the train or a taxi. The front desk staff were really nice, very welcoming, with warm smiles. You can use a credit card. There were oil paintings in the room, which I personally liked; it gave the impression that they put some effort into decorating.
