Despite a few minor issues, we were generally very satisfied. We will definitely recommend you to our friends in Turkey who are considering a trip to Rome. Thank you. Also, the lady who took care of our room and us had a very sweet dog. We send our love to her too. Grazie :)
Location felt great based on distance to attractions HOWEVER the actual accommodation felt awfully unsafe I felt like there was fake cameras inside the room/ access by people who shouldn’t have had access. There are many open doors, 4 apartments in total on the 3rd floor and no physical presence of staff. Room had great finishings and touches but is the size of a hamster cage. Communication was DREADFUL I asked to extend the booing I asked for process of checkin/ out and no reply at all. They didn’t ask or process passport and city tax information & then didn’t respond the only information received was to leave the door open and keys in the side. WiFi was good but it was a 20+ character passport with multiple capitals and very difficult to entry and connect. Extremely unresponsive staff. Accommodation was within apartment block you needed to go to the lift to 3rd floor in total 4-5 keys to fully access room. Again, location to attractions good but generally I felt unsafe with our belongings. Door didn’t lock at night. No full length mirror, minimal storage. Free water bottle provided inside room.
Canceled our reservation upon arrival because they found bugs in the room. A disaster I have seen your reply. In my case, there were no water problems. There were BUG problems. Please, read carefully And the reservation was canceled the moment we entered the lobby. From that moment, I had to contact Booking myself and spend one hour and a half searching for a relocation. When I only had 24 hours in Rome. You can surely understand that searching for a relocation, in the area your hotel is, in Mid July, high season, is not something easy or quick to solve..... That's why we reserve hotels with anticipation Nobody from your hotel helped or called if we could finally realocate. My experience with your hotel was a disaster. Period.
