Union Hotel

Beyond Main entrance of Union Hotel is No Brand grocery store, left side of main entrance about 100 metre near traffic light,infront of pizza shop is lift access to Metro station Seounyudo line 9,quietly area and not so crowded of tourists like Myeongdong area, only for your information avoid understanding, because limited space, hotel regulation no drop baggage for overnight except needed some fee..

The hotel is very conveniently located, just a 3-minute walk from the station. The reception is on the top floor, but the directions provided make it easy to find. Check-in was smooth, and they offer express check-out through the room tablet. The tablet also controls the room switches, which is a nice touch. Since the hotel was recently renovated, everything looks modern, clean, and well-maintained. I had no issues during my one-night stay while on a layover in Seoul. If you have the time, I’d recommend experiencing their sauna and other amenities—they’re definitely worth checking out.

Oh my god! I decided to go with this hotel because it was supposedly recently renovated (2022) and because of the location. I also choose this hotel because it had such great reviews. But boy was I wrong! The room they gave me was not only old but had water damaged. The bathroom also smelled like someone was smoking in it. It also smell really bad. The level of guest service wasn’t that great either as it took them roughly 30 mins to get me the humidifier I requested. Coming from my amazing hotel in Japan this was a great big disappointment. I rather take a nice and clean room over this bigger and dirtier room. Also the room didn’t look all that clean, the pillow case had stains as did most of the surface area. It’s as if someone half ass the cleaning. DO NOT BOOK HERE! Seriously, do not be fooled, book elsewhere! P.S I do not mind being charged extra for checking in early but the least they can do is give me a clean room.
