Union Lido Art & Park Hotel

Fabulous hotel. Lovely simple rooms clean and pleasant. Staff are super helpful and friendly. The breakfast is superb and the private pool from Union Lido is absolutely fab. Loved our stay. Thanks staff at Park Hotel.

Can't make up my mind if this location is a 9 or 10! By far the best accomodation and resort I've been at.Staff uniform were spotless,even their shoes witch were white seems like new(maibe they were) Recommended it from my heart.

Amenities are not communicated clearly. They make it look like the spa / wellness belongs to the hotel - it does not. It's in a huge park that is a campsite, belonging to the same company, and the wellness is within that park, about 15min walk away in a campsite. And it closes at 6pm, opens at 10am. So if you want an evening hot tub or relaxation, well, you can't have it, especially if you booked for only 1 night, and you only booked them for the wellness... Oh, and you have to be checked out by 10am so you really clearly cannot use the pool or the wellness.. And I asked them about this by email, and then by the phone, and they only said we'll explain you everything once you are here.. yeah, right. Because telling the truth would drive guests away. Also, reservation was handled badly, they wanted to give us another room that cost less but had to pay double for breakfast, i had to insist to get what I booked for, and no one said sorry or anything for their fault. The park and hotel itself is nice, breakfast selection poor, wellness far away and only operational during daytime... not coming here again.
