So we booked this hotel thinking it was a 5 star hotel. We were extremely disappointed with the services here. Not very helpful, quite rude when you asked for a service. We had an issue with the rooms when we did the check in, we were extremely tired from all the traveling and instead of taking us straight to the rooms, and then figuring out the situation as any other 5 star hotel would’ve done, they had done they had us waiting in the lobby for more than an 45mins. The waiters weren’t very kind, even annoyed when you asked for anything. But I have to say the rooms were what I excepted. Spacious, clean. And it has a direct access to the ocean which is really nice. About the rooms as well the only thing is the rooms facing the parking lot were extremely noisy as it faces the highway. Overall I would rate a 5/10 for a 5 star hotel. I would only come back for the rooms and the ocean, but overall extremely disappointed.
Hotel and rooms (at least swimup room) are in my eyes really nice (that’s why 2 stars). Everything else was bad. Motto was basically: make the guests life as hard as possible. One of the worst services i ever experienced in a hotel. Just some examples: 1.) I Ordered Quesediallas at the beachdeck and it started raining. I asked if they can bring them upstairs to the restaurant area - got a „yes sure“. 5 min later another worker came and told they don‘t do it and cancelled the order because this dish is only available if you‘re on the beachdeck. 4 of my friends had them in the restaurant just one day before. After some minutes of discussions I left without ordering something else since it became to stupid for me with no end in sight. 2.) One part of our group ordered starters and main menu and got main menu before starters - some starters never arrived. Our part of the table didn‘t got any food till everyone else was finished and then we got our meanwhile cold pasta. Those are just 2 examples Hard to communicate since only a few employees and management actually speak english. Especially with prices higher than in monaco with 7 euro for a beer and 25 euro for a „premium“ vodka. With those prices in my eyes at least a as perfect as possible service should be standard. To also say something good: A few workers tried their best to make the stay better - so a big thanks to the ones who try to make it a bit better. Hospitality training is much needed.
Stylish on the outside, but the experience didn’t live up to expectations The hotel looks new and stylish at first glance, and the rooms are clean and well-kept. One highlight was the front desk staff—they were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which we truly appreciated. However, the overall experience didn’t quite meet our expectations. Room & noise Sound insulation was a major issue—voices and footsteps from the hallway were clearly heard inside the room. The design and atmosphere seem more suited to guests who enjoy loud music or social gatherings, rather than those looking for peace and rest. If you’re sensitive to noise, it could be quite disruptive. Restaurant & pricing Dinner was the biggest disappointment. There was no printed menu with prices; instead, the staff walked us to a food display and gave only vague explanations. The food itself was average at best, yet the pricing was far above what it was worth. For example, a glass of sparkling wine that would typically cost €3–5 elsewhere was charged at nearly €18—without any clear notice in advance. At checkout, I overheard two restaurant staff exchange a few words in Turkish and give each other a glance. That moment gave me an uneasy feeling—and sure enough, the bill included that €18 charge for one glass. The whole experience felt neither transparent nor trustworthy. Overall The hotel may look appealing and the rooms are clean, and the reception staff were genuinely kind and attentive. But the noisy environment and the disappointing, overpriced restaurant left us with a mixed impression. We wouldn’t choose to stay here again, and we strongly recommend being cautious if you plan to dine on-site.
