Unique Regency Pattaya

Rooms were not so clean. We found a cockroach too. Coffee mugs and glasses had stains. If you ask them to replace it, they take forever. No idea why they take 1000 Baht as advance for any damage caused during the stay. The rooms are already not maintained. So better to take a video while you check into your room. Breakfast was not a wide spread. But it was okay. Overall it was an average stay.

Worst Hotel Experience Ever I stayed at this hotel in Pattaya for 3 nights, and it was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The room key card kept stopping working every single day. I had to go to the reception each time to get it reactivated. The room was dirty, with visible stains on furniture and bedding. Room service was poor – cleaning was minimal, and no proper attention was given to cleanliness. Reception staff were unhelpful and rude. When I requested just one extra bottle of water, they refused, even though the hotel is far from any convenience store like 7-Eleven. The location is terrible – it’s in the middle of nowhere. You can’t walk anywhere and have to rely on Grab even for basic needs. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It completely ruined my Pattaya experience. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere with better service and location.

Rooms need ronovation, I book for non smoking room, corridors smell tobacco a lot and room you can notice they use spry anti tobacco because smell like that ( room even have ashtray…) I been here 3 times already in one year , in my humble opinion the hotel should have tracking booking for repeating guest….i arrived late night check in very unfriendly receptionist staff…. I show my drive Thai License and he/she complain asking if I have not passport ( when this is a legal identification even for fly local ) … when the room it’s been already paid and leaving 1000thb deposit and as mentioned I been before and no issue…. After this the id for my wife (Thai ) it’s been also asked whit bad face …. Very disappointed with all and 100% not recommended… however the staff brining the welcome drink and open the door was very friendly
