Unirea Hotel & Spa

Receptionists were great and very helpful. Rooms were clean. Great view from the window! Free parking just next to the hotel. No direct access though from the parking area, so be prepared to carry your bags. Copious breakfast with varied food options. Nice swimming pool and spa, though can get a bit crowded depending on the time of the day. One evening there were a dozen of kids learning to swim and women doing aqua aerobics. But we were lucky a couple of times to have the entire pool and jacuzzi just for ourselves. The bathroom feels narrow and water pressure could be better :( but overall manageable

It is not new, like you undrestand how many times those beds were used before you :) but it is clean, Spa is ok and you have what you need. The best thing is location - all you should see or taste in Iasi is really near.

Stayed 2nd time after few years and I hope the last one. If someone would like to experience a comunistic era, it is the perfect place. Rooms not only look like comrades just left a week ago, but they also smell like it. AC does nothing besides loud noises and window opens 2cm for security reasons, I guess. So if you like souna you get it for free. The only plus point is the nice view if you are placed on a higher floor.
