Unit 105 Plantation Resort Rainbow Beach

Great location straight across from surf club and beach, park with swings straight over road good for young kids, and larger playground only 100m or so away. Spacious rooms, comfy beds, nice pool area. More could be done with rooftop area - really just a large space with BBQ facility. Cockatoos visiting the balcony were a big hit with kids. Efficient reception experience.

Booked through Booking.com, fully paid, they lied that we owed them money😄 So many things broken in the apartment,we had to do a list and said nicely not to fix items while we're in! Manager is rude and screams. At 10 35 AM, apt.is empty and tidy, with 1 frying pan soaking, yet they repeatedly scream and use abusive language! With so many apartments for sale and only 40 % occupancy rate, we feel sorry for the owners. Claiming they're respectful to clients in their reply is actually fiction.

No face washers, soap. Asked and they gave us a reason ..fair enough…but no follow up (4 day rented) , so we had to purchase our own, floors were very Gritty leaving black feet on all. It also stunk mouldy that we couldn't get rid of the whole holiday. Our toilet kept sticking and flowing 😑 Then all our cards wouldnt work from Very early so couldnt leave room to pack cars up. No one in reception until 9 am. Very disappointed as $$ was spent by all and last time we stayed it was a totally different experience.
