United Places Botanic Gardens

We stayed here for three nights as a family of four during our stay in Melbourne. The room was spacious, with a sophisticated interior and functionality, and the view from the large window overlooking the Botanic Gardens was truly luxurious. It was clean down to the last detail, and the furnishings and amenities were of high quality. Even before our stay, we had polite email correspondence, and we received immediate and heartfelt replies to our minor concerns, such as restaurant reservations, parking information, and access to the hotel, so we were able to depart with peace of mind. During our stay, the hospitality of the staff was truly wonderful, and even though we are not fluent in English, they always treated us with a smile and consideration, so we didn't feel any language barrier at all. What particularly impressed me was that they prepared breakfast in our room in advance in time for our early morning departure. They also perfectly arranged a taxi to carry our family's luggage, including four large suitcases, to suit our desired time. The location is excellent, and although it is in a lush environment, it is also easily accessible to the city center by tram. We were able to spend a truly relaxing time in a quiet and calm atmosphere. This is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

I had the most amazing experience staying here. I was there with a group for work travel and the staff could not have been more accommodating. Each morning we had a pastry bag and coffee straight to the room. The location was wonderful, right across from the botanical gardens that had the most amazing walking paths. We were amidst a long work travel stretch so the laundry in unit was perfect. Would stay here any and every time I travel to Melbourne!

Stayed at United Places for 5 nights and cannot give this place and the staff enough praise! Prior to arrival they were great with communication and provided amazing restaurant and site seeing lists which we did get to explore. If you’re a runner or like to walk this is a perfect location to stay in because the botanical garden is right across the street and easily walkable to CBD! They also have rental bikes which we didn’t get a chance to use this time! Super helpful that it’s also situated on a bustling street of high profile restaurants (book in advance) and a local grocer around the corner for your kitchenette needs. I would recommend staying here when visiting Melbourne whether you are a single traveler, couple, or a family! Looking forward to our next stay with UP!
