Clean, modern, and super convenient location near Shimbashi and Hamamatsucho stations. Rooms are compact but well-designed. The “leave=check out” concept is simple and efficient. Perfect for solo travelers or short stays. Would definitely book again!

First of all, very nice location. And quiet neighbourhood. Check in and checkouts are very smooth. Tiny but comfortable room. Everything is brand new, rooms are super clean! The staff here are really nice, I had problem with my air condition in my booked room. The nice guy here just upgraded my room and made me feel good!

Pros 1. The location is extremely good, very near to train station and convenience store. 2. Affordable price. In fact, it's considered quite cheap by considering its context at Tokyo. Cons 1. The ventilation in the toilet keeps blowing cold air into the toilet and eventually the room. The heater in the room thus needs to be switched on all the time as the heat cannot be retained. The bathing experience was also unpleasant as you need to be in a cold toilet. 2. The reception is only open from 4pm to 10pm. The person-in-charge for the accomodation is also not very responsive to texts outside of their working hour even when it is through their Line contact. 3. No luggage storage facilities. 4. The room is very small. You basically aren't able to open 2 big suitcases at the same time.
