Unity Malmö A Studio Hotel

I really enjoyed my stay. It's such a cozy and peaceful place. The grounds are simply wonderful, and the rooms are very nice and comfortable. My time here was a true pleasure.

Stylish new hotel. I didn't notice any construction nearby during my 2 days of stay. It was quiet and calm. Everything is automated, the furniture is beautiful and clean. Beautiful space in the garden for work. Small comfortable kitchen with all the equipment. Delicious coffee. Situated on a quiet street (near the cemetery😢😁). Although it is located far from the city centre, buses and scooters allow you to get to both Malmö Central Station and Copenhagen (the closest is from Triangeln Station).

I came to try out the co-working space. Neither of the two staff manning the reception acknowledged me or even looked up when I came up to the desk. Finally one of them told the other ”Can you help that person?” while the other one replied ”Yeah but I have to finish this”, both continuing to ignore me. When they finally decided to help me and I said I would like to try out the co-working space and was wondering how it all works, they seemed to have little to no idea what to do. Finally they handed me a white card and said ”That’s it”. No information whatsoever. Where do I go? How do I use the card? Where are the toilets? What is included in the 24h pass? What do I need to know about the co-working space? Astoundingly unprofessional and low-rank ’service’. Won’t be returning here.
