Universal Hotel Bikini

Lovely hotel with brilliant helpful staff. Modern feel but not much happening in the evenings.

The room was great! Clean, modern and had working aircon. Great location 1 minute away from the beach. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, had something for everyone. The hotel bar is good too, beside the pool. Service to rent beach towels was great too. Can’t fault this hotel!

The hotel is very nice, the rooms are clean, tidy, spacious with a nice terrace. I would rate that with a score of 9-10 😊🌴(The safe was not functional) Breakfast, dinner rating 2-3 but more number 2, poor choice, food does not look fresh, salami cheese served for breakfast is the same for dinner. Cookies, selection, rating 0. That should not be done. We were previously at the Blue Sea Calla Milor hotel, which is diagonally across from you, the food is incomparably better than yours, it cannot be compared. In terms of price, you have a higher price and a much worse service. It is inadmissible to pay for water. Every hotel has free water, juice, coffee and other drinks... And if they were to compare the food from Hotel Ferrer Isabel with you, then they would get a clean unit. Go to the Ferrer Isabel Hotel not far from you to see how the food is served, and there we paid 188e for two nights far less than at your place. Furthermore, the ventilation in the dining room is clean 1, after breakfast and dinner things stink and I can immediately go to wash them. Staff, average, to mention Ferrer Isabel staff is perfect. This is a really realistic picture of your hotel. Based on everything written, next time I would definitely choose the Ferrer Isabel hotel even though it has a much worse location than yours.
