We stayed in the hotel this July for 5 nights. The hotel is modern and very nice looking. The service and emloyees were exceptional and it has a perfect view of the sea. The only disadvantages I would point out are the lack of a gym and smaller offer of meals during lunch and dinner. (But the food was tasty). I would recommend this hotel for sure.
Excellent location and service! You can really see that the management is taking care of the hotel with love! The food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was extremely delicious! All the staff is kind and very welcoming :-). We will definitely come again next time. Thank you for the lovely stay!
We stayed here for a week in july. The location directly on the beach is fantastic. The staff is, without exception, very friendly. They are outstanding and all earn a raise ;-) .The entire hotel is very clean. We had a panoramic room with view on the bay on the 8th floor, it was really really good. Canyamel itself is a small town with not much to do but it had everything it needs. (Small supermarket, doctor, farmacia, pizzeria, souvenir shop. We were happy however we had a rental car. If really needed one small point of critics... the elevators are small... but really...we LOVED this place. Keep up the good work, we´ll be back.
