Universal Hotel Perla

We stayed at this hotel in July and everything was to our complete satisfaction. The price-performance ratio is really great! We were especially positively surprised that even Aperol was included in the all inclusive offer and it was really delicious. A very special shout-out goes to Albert at the reception. He is incredibly helpful, funny and always in a good mood. But also the rest of the staff were consistently very friendly and made our stay even more enjoyable. My room (number 108) was really great! It had a practical layout and a beautiful view, I felt comfortable there right away. The beach is wonderful, clean and not too crowded. We can definitely recommend this hotel!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Universal Hotel Perla in S’Illot, Mallorca, and I can confidently say it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm welcome from the staff, the elegant atmosphere, and the unbeatable location right by the beach. The rooms are modern, bright, and impeccably clean, many of them offering stunning sea views that make every sunrise and sunset truly magical. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the attention to detail in the room amenities. One of the highlights of my stay was the rooftop terrace and pool area—absolutely breathtaking! It’s the perfect spot to relax with a cocktail, enjoy the sun, and take in the panoramic views of the Mediterranean. The beach is literally steps away, with soft sand and crystal-clear waters that invite you in. The restaurant deserves a special mention. The buffet had a wide and delicious selection of local and international dishes, with fresh ingredients and something for every taste. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner were consistently excellent, and the service was always friendly and efficient. What really stood out, however, was the hospitality. Every staff member I interacted with was kind, helpful, and genuinely interested in making my stay unforgettable. They went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. If you’re looking for a relaxing seaside getaway in Mallorca with excellent service, beautiful surroundings, and modern comforts, I highly recommend Universal Hotel Perla. It’s a place I’ll definitely return to and recommend to friends and family without hesitation.

I would describe our stay in that hotel as the worst, compared to all vacations so far. We paid for all inclusive and we were treated as guests who are already paying and who do not need to pay much attention. The rooms were good, even very clean and well maintained. But when you go to get a drink... you wait and wait. But those who just pay for the service will be served espresso. Cocktails are pure ice, syrup and very little alcohol. Beer... only a little. Coca-Cola, exclusively in glasses. Other guests were given bottles. We are on the 5th floor and we walked quite a bit so that we wouldn't have to wait for half an hour for the same one to come. You will also pay tourism tax, buy towels for the beach, and you will pay 15e for sunbeds, every day. there again...no thanks.😡😡
