We needed a short break ( 5 nights ) and this hotel did the job ! Friendly & helpful staff on reception. Good sized bedroom with comfortable bed & pillows. Bathroom was fine but shower cubicle was a bit on the small side & would benefit from a small corner shelf for shampoo etc. We were on the 4th floor with great views across the bay. Our booking was half board and the choices during breakfast and dinner were really good , in particular the dinner choice as whilst some items did not change there were many main choices that did ... the belly pork was superb. Main pool area was fine but unless you got your towel down before 9am you could be disappointed. Plus there is a really good rooftop bar. Perfect spot to watch the sun go down whilst you sip your G&T. Overall a nice relaxing stay.
Had the most wonderful stay at Universal Hotel Romantica. Hotel is wonderful - newly renovated a few weeks ago so everything was brand new and in the most immaculate condition. Gorgeous hotel. Had a double room on high sea floor and the views did not disappoint. Room was clean, aesthetic and had everything we needed. Only had bed and breakfast included but the buffet breakfast was the best I’ve ever had in a hotel - so much choice, great quality food and included so many cold & hot drinks too. Pool was gorgeous and so many free sunbeds (during May half term so was surprised). Location is a dream - 5 min walk from the closest beach (which was amazing, such clear seas). Restaurants and shops from 5 min walk away all the way to the end of town by the marina. Checkout was great as there was a luggage room and we were given a complimentary private room to shower before we went to the airport. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for a great stay.
A nice and modern hotel with a great location, we had a lovely time. Very friendly staff and management. St Jordi is a quiet and authentic place without tons of bars/pubs etc. I would have given five stars if it had been smoke free and with no sun bed reservations! An extra thanks to the staff and management for 5 star service 😍
