I enjoyed our stay here at this hotel. The location is amazing - 5min walk from the beach and to some good restaurants. We had a room with a view and it was great to wake up to. There was a bathtub in the bedroom which was novel to me. Service was amazing. Shout-out to Monica who called multiple places when I lost my passport. I will forever be grateful.

Firstly, the property is gorgeous! We had a tub in our room that faced the ocean. There’s a rooftop hot tub where we enjoyed a delicious bottle of local bubbles on our anniversary. Secondly, Monica was always very friendly and genuine warm with anything we needed. Anna was incredibly priceless with her help, hospitality as well as translating. Our next trip back, we’ll be staying here again!

Do not book this hotel if you value service and safety! We came to this hotel for what was supposed to be a two night relaxing stay. I ordered a coffee with oatmilk (as I’m allergic to dairy), and we had to ask four times for the coffee, as they brought us milk coffee every time. On the last order, the server came out and screamed « what the hell is your problem » which started a heated argument when all we wanted was a coffee with OAT milk that wouldn’t make us sick. The staff in question proceeded to keep coming back towards us, pushing both me and my boyfriend physically when all we were asking was for a coffee and for him to go away and leave us alone. He wouldn’t leave and kept looking for fights and aggression. The manager had zero control over her staff and stayed in the corner apologizing. We decided to check out immediately and asked for a compensation for the bad service, and suggested they offered us the 17€ bottled water, as they couldn’t think of a way to compensate us on their own. After checkout, we received an email, that they reported us to authorities for refusing to pay for the 17€ water and for being « aggressive », when it was the staff that was attacking us both verbally and physically. We felt very unsafe and uncared for in this hotel and I would never want someone’s holiday to be ruined in the same way. The rooms were beautiful, no doubt, but the staff were thé worst I’ve ever encountered. The man in question is bald and in the picture attached, please beware of this man.
