Very nice and cozy apartament and also do owner is really nice. I would like to stay again if I have a chance to visit Milan one more time.

Attention: the owner cheats the travelers. Asks €6.30 tourist tax while the official amount is "only" €4.50 in Milan. Incomprehensible! Located 300 meters from metro station "loreto", and 900 meters from the central train station. Very quiet location (back of the building). Supermarket 7 minutes walk. It is a very MINI MINI apartment. Very small kitchenette, a foldable bed (pull in and out every morning and evening) a large window (with roller shutter) that can be opened and gives onto the balcony. Everything is present: two plates, two glasses, a mini fridge, a dirty microwave, a mini TV and air conditioning. The owner lives right next door: same continuous balcony. Powerful water jet in sink and counter, not really hot water in the shower. Shower gel and shampoo present (in mini packaging) and towels also present. Breakfast is a pre-packed dry coffee corner, a hard rusk, instant coffee and all kinds of tea. Choco and jam. Bottles of water on arrival. Very good fast WiFi connection 3*? one big mystery! extra tourist tax €6.30/pp/per night?

I booked this property back in October 2024 for my trip to Milan on June 23, 2025. My reservation was confirmed and paid in full months in advance. However, upon arriving in Milan, I was shocked to find out that my booking had been cancelled without any notification. The property claimed they had no available rooms and simply told me to “find another hotel”. Not only was there no apology, but the payment was still charged to my card and no refund was issued at the time. I was left without accommodation in a foreign country and had to urgently find the cheapest available hostel, since most hotels were fully booked. These apartments are highly unreliable – they do not send proper confirmations, they can cancel your stay without warning, and offer zero support in emergency situations. Avoid at all costs. I would never recommend this property to anyone. Don’t risk your trip and your money.
