This is the best company to rent from. They looked after us so well. Sheryfa is the best host ever! Super professional, kind, responsive, friendly and there to help with everything. The agent was super supportive. Although there were few heck ups, but she managed to help anytime. The facilities are very well maintained and it’s in a super nice and quiet location close to almost everything that you want in Dubai.

Apparently we were not so lucky with the agent from this company. Arrogant and did not speak properly english. We booked our stay on 16-26 of Oct, 1 week before our arrival I tried to contact our host - no reply, finaly two days before our arrival someone replied but refused to communicate via Airb&b, only via watsap. Saying that our reservation is not valid and they do not have an apartment for us. After we showed the confirmation and and reservation number from Airbnb she agreed that there might be some apartment for us. So thanks to that our arrival was ok. When we reached te apartment there was not toilet paper, I would say basics in the kitchen - Jar, sponge, kitchen paper roll, tissues were missing. and we did not have covers for blankets and some pillows. Blankets were aparently dirty and with stains - blood (picture enclosed) We informed the host in the morning. We asked again in the evening if something will happen - probably the next day. The cleaning company came without anything asking what we need - we informed them and they came in the evening with covers from the shop - we need to wash and dry them by ourselves. We spend 3 nights without the covers. On 24th we woke up at night by heat realizing there is no AC, electricity, wifi, gas, .... so we called to the host, my husband went to security asking what is happening, security told us that it seems that the bills for the flat are not paid, and the provider cut off the services. Our host told us it will be working in 10 minutes twice, and it was renewed in the afternoon - we do not know when as we were in the hostpital. Meanwhile we were running with my husband on the street to catch any wifi to connect with our insurance company and hospital - where we had to bring our daughter as her condition worsened due to missed inhalation - as the electricity did not work, she was sick. Since that day gas was not working - we had with us 3 kids - cooking was essential for us. When we asked host about it - someone will come to check - nothing happened till the end of our stay. Honestly it was stressfull for us and our stay got bittersweet taste because all of above. As per the agent everything was fine and we do not have even right to ask for refund, of course. Who cares about reputation right?
