I'm not sure why this Courtyard has so many negative reviews. I stayed here while a family member received care at a local hospital. The rooms were clean, quiet, and comfortable. The staff was courteous, the housekeeping attentive. The only thing missing would be a continental breakfast. There is a modern fitness center available and self-serve laundry. There is no on-site restaurant but within a block or two, one can easily access convenience stores and eateries. I did not use the valet parking. It's comparable in price to similar hotels in the area. I would stay here again.

In a good location, quiet. Stayed one night and checked in late due to flight issues. Quickest check in experience I’ve had. Nice common areas. Room was very clean, visibly, but had a stench of trash when I first walked in. Ample towels. Empty shower gel. No other skin products besides bar soap. Air conditioning was reasonable but could not cool below 73 degrees and needed to operate all night to maintain that temperature. Bed and pillows very comfortable and rested well. Thank you.

UPDATE AT BOTTOM: Third time staying here, visiting nearby family in the city, and we remain extremely disappointed. Water leaking through the ceiling the first stay, no TV for the duration of a 5 day stay, some wonderful and some extremely rude staff, and on two different stays now, we’ve had the Do Not Disturb sign up and have been walked in on. Imagine having the do not disturb signs on the door, being fresh out of the shower, and having someone walk right into the room. And now for the second time, sign up, door opened on us while my toddler was having a nap, having the same guy walk right in and try to tell me that he wants to change our phone. I had to tell him several times to leave. Same guy both times- a heavyset while guy, probably late 40’s, looking miserable. No respect or privacy. No problem walking in on a naked woman or ruining a sleeping toddlers nap, and breaking their own damn rules, and a law. I’m going to be speaking with a lawyer, as after complaints, I haven’t even received an apology. UPDATE: I see the response - I was still at the hotel for 2 days after this incident, and no one made any attempt to talk with us about it. I had to make numerous requests to speak to someone, and a manager finally addressed my concerns and took the time to speak with me, as we were checking out. Hopefully this person receives some reprimand and additional training as to what is appropriate and what is absolutely unacceptable behavior, not to mention breaking laws. I don’t want anyone to lose their job but he shouldn’t have the power to do this to anyone else again in the future.
