Upside Down Town Hotel Neue Post

The location is superb. It is less than a minute away from the main town square filled with restaurants, shops and bars. Additionally, the ski lift is also only 3 minutes away. The rooms are very nice, combining traditional and modern elements. I really liked the carved wooden ceiling. The wellness content is also a big plus. There are 4 different saunas, as well as a pool and a gym. There is also a dedicated, secure ski depot room, easily accessible from the hotel. The biggest plus is the staff. They were extremely nice, professional and helpful, always available for any questions we had. P.S. after a long day of skiing, I definitely recommend getting a few cocktails at the hotel bar. The barmen are making amazing cocktails!

We chose to hold our wedding reception at the Neue Post and also stayed there. Where to start! -rooms. The room we stayed in was nothing short of incredible. Beautiful decor, stunning views, comfortable beds and little touches which made it feel personal and special. -facilities. The pool/outdoor area were perfect for any weather and was an elegant but welcoming space, even for those with children. The spa area was nothing short of exceptional. - food. The food was classic Austrian with a twist in a beautiful dining area that combined a nod to traditional yet with the coolness of a scandi vibe. Was fab. - service. Every single member of staff there was friendly, nothing was too much trouble and they were flexible, accommodating, super organised, generous and always helpful. We were a large party but were never made to feel like this was a problem- infact the opposite was true, we were welcomed with a warmth that I haven’t experienced in a hotel before. If you wanted to hold a celebration/event somewhere with a laid back vibe but somewhere which exudes elegance and modernity then I cannot recommend the Neue Post enough. We had the best day (weekend) ever. Bravo to everyone there who made it happen.

Amazing experience. Will return in a heartbeat. Truly high quality and great value. Traditional meets modern in a beautiful way. Recommend highly for couples, family or even business. Oh and not to forget great breakfast & really good restaurant!
