Upsun Hotel

We stayed here last weekend before taking off on our cruise, I booked it last minute and we are so pleased with our short stay here. Sandra was amazing, very accommodating, and kind, with humor to match! She even shared some local input on things to do! Our room was perfect for what we needed, even had a balcony (pictured is the view). The hotel is shockingly quiet for being in south beach. We parked our car through their valet, received champagne, it was great! All employees we encountered were very nice and handled everything smoothly. We had a fantastic experience!

So happy with the experience here!! My husband and I booked this hotel for our vacation. we weren’t sure about the location or the type of hotel. It was since we’re used to saying a little bit more on ocean Drive but the experience was great. Both Sandra and Sophia were so welcoming so helpful and had excellent customer service across the board. The rooms were clean nice little balcony and a lovely clean pool as well. Its not right in the center of Miami Beach but close and walking distance to almost everything highly recommend 10 out of 10.
