I stayed at Uranus Istanbul Topkapi for one night before my international flight, and it was a great experience. The location is very convenient—just a short drive from Istanbul Airport. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were extremely polite and professional. The room was clean, spacious, and modern, with a comfortable bed and great amenities. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to rest. The hotel also has a beautiful indoor pool and spa, which was a nice bonus.
It is my second time here and I will be coming back. The service offered is warm and welcoming and the rooms are clean. Umeyma was very attentive and greatly helped us! The breakfast has so many options and the restaurant is kept clean. The tramway station and metro bus are at a short walk away from the hotel which is very convenient. I would recommend staying at Uranus hotel for a pleasant experience in Istanbul.
Nice place, however wifi has interrupted every day and hot and cold water mixture was not working despite of complaint not fixed. The bell boy service was fantastic, they always stand by at the hotel entrance, their body language and welcoming smile give you positive vibe before even entering the hotel lobby. I also take this opportunity to thanks Mr.Murat who always very helpful.
