Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo bay

The location is impeccable with a passageway connecting the Urayasu train station, a convenience store and the hotel. Free shuttle bus to the Disneyland is also available. The room itself is clean and spacious with a large window. The breakfast is good enough for a 4 star hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. I happened to leave behind some pills in the fridge two days after checking out. I tried my luck and mailed the hotel just to find that they had found and kept them for me. Superb service indeed. Overall, an excellent choice. You wouldn’t regret it.

Our family of eight, including two adults and six children, spent two wonderful nights at this hotel at the end of our two-week holiday in Japan, primarily chosen for its proximity to Disney. I can honestly say that our experience was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly helpful and patient, especially considering our limited Japanese. Their kindness made our stay all the more enjoyable. We greatly appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to and from Disney, which was fantastic for our family outings. The food at the hotel was outstanding; we all loved the diverse buffets! Our rooms offered stunning views of Tokyo, and we found the beds to be very comfortable. Cleanliness was top-notch, which is always a plus when traveling with kids. We had two of the four-bed rooms, which were perfect for our family. Additionally, there’s a mall just across the street that our teenagers really enjoyed exploring. A special thank you to the staff, particularly Oike, who went above and beyond to assist us on both days of our stay. He organised a last-minute shuttle to the airport late at night and arranged for our bags to be stored at the hotel for the day, even after check-out. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to families looking for a delightful stay near Disney. We can't wait to return!

Stayed at Urayasu Brighton Hotel Tokyo and overall had a pleasant experience. The room was spacious and clean, with a generously sized bathroom, which is quite rare for Tokyo standards. I really appreciated the water dispenser conveniently located on the room floor near the lifts. The hotel offers an excellent breakfast selection, and there’s even a convenience store just one floor up (2nd level), which was super handy. The connecting bridge to the JR station made getting around really easy, and the free shuttle bus to Disneyland and DisneySea was a big plus! A couple of things that could be improved: it would be great if the hotel provided shuttle service to the airport, especially for early or late flights. Also, while the staff were polite, English proficiency was minimal, which made communication a bit challenging at times. Lastly, the hotel could use a light refresh, I noticed a few stains on the wall that made the room feel slightly dated. Overall, still a solid and comfortable stay, especially if you’re visiting Disney.
