Fantastic apartment. Great base for getting around London. They could do with sound proofing the windows as it can get noisy at night and disturb your sleep.
Apartment was sweltering. We tried to turn the heat down but it barely made a difference. When that failed, we tried to use the fan which didn't work. The bathroom has automatic lights which are great for sustainability but bad if you're trying to have a shower. They kept switching off while in the shower meaning we had to climb out the shower and wave our hands around to get it to switch on again. Two stars is for location only.
no warm water in the shower. and the shower is moldy. heating doesn’t work. just one portable heater works. half the lights don’t work. the customer service won’t answer my phone calls. edit. and after my stay they didn’t return £300 safety deposit. The company does not return my calls or answer emails.
