Booked a 2 bed apartment in Camden for a week. There were some pros but quite a few cons. Pro’s - Property was as pictured - Location was perfect Cons - One time code for key collection provided to us as well as the cleaning staff which caused unnecessary confusion & effort with all our luggage - 3 random people, complete strangers to us, let themselves into the property unannounced. - No mention of flat being on the top floor (4 flights up) - Hosts response time became increasingly longer from within the hour prior to check in to the following day after check in. - Flat was quite cold even with the radiators on because the windows are not sealed properly. Almost every window had a draft. Would not book again with this company but the property itself is lovely.

We booked this apartment in Camden for 2 nights and were sent a cancellation on the day of our booking after we had already arrived in London. When we called to try and sort it the customer contact was extremely rude and hung up on us. We were left to book a last minute hotel at our own expense. DO NOT BOOK!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!! We had a reservation booked for the London Marathon 2021 weekend for my family and I. I was taking part in the Marathon for Children's Hospital Charity. On the day we decided to go down to London a couple days before the upcoming race, they cancelled our booking for no apparent reason! We asked why this happened and we got no straight forward answer only more horrid service and a very passive tone. I reminded them that we are on the way to London and I will be taking part in the Marathon for a charity, however they had no care whatsoever and refused to comment further. To our disgust we found out they had relisted the rooms again online but for more money!!! They cancelled our reservation so that they can try and make more money! DISGUSTING! They left us in a very distressing situation. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
