The room is good in comparison with the cost.. Calm place. AC was working well. The guy who is responsible for the bar is gentle and kind, thank you Shisha is very good. breakfast is delicious, the guy managing the breakfast is kind. The park is fun.
the rooms are dirty, unclean and very small. the service is okay, when you order something they take a while to arrive and there’s a lack of tissue boxes . the location is good but also very unsafe. my friends luggage got stolen due to lack of safety , they had a golf cart and the golf cart was parked in a place that didn’t have surveillance which ended up getting stolen. but overall the food was great and the bathrooms are also great.
Urban Park Hotel is in a fantastic location, offering a beautiful park and front view. However, the rooms are just average, with dirty walls and cramped, outdated bathrooms. Towels are not always clean, and noise insulation is nonexistent—you can hear everything from neighboring rooms and hallways.The food is decent but repetitive, with the same menu every day. Language barriers also make communication difficult. The hotel needs better staff training to enhance guest experience and hospitality.
