I’ve traveled the world for years and never in my life have I been kicked out of a place - until Urban Quarters. After a week of chasing basic info and being told they couldn’t send bed photos because “guests were inside,” I finally booked. Big mistake. The “couch” turned out to be a metal torture device. My family couldn’t sleep, so my wife and I took it. I was in pain all night - and recovering from eye surgery. When I asked the manager if he’d ever tried sleeping on it, I got a cold “we’ll look into it.” No solution, no care. I said if nothing changes, I’ll leave a review - and instead of fixing anything, he canceled my stay. I could barely see my screen and had to urgently search for a new place. Hallways were also always blocked with cleaning junk. Worst experience I’ve ever had. Avoid.
