Decent hotel and will meet all your needs. The pool is on the 33rd floor and has a great view of the city and the rooftop restaurant next door. The hotel only had two elevators in our wing and one was not working so it was a slight inconvenience waiting around for an elevator. Try the spicy pork soup at the restaurant, it’s amazing.
I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of our recent stay at your hotel. We stayed for two weeks in one of the towers, and unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards expected from a property of your caliber. Firstly, the tower we stayed in has 33 floors, yet only one elevator was functioning during our entire stay. This caused significant delays and inconvenience on a daily basis. More importantly, it raised serious safety concerns — what if an emergency had occurred and guests needed to evacuate quickly? This is not acceptable from a health and safety standpoint. Secondly, the cleanliness of the apartments was subpar. Upon arrival and throughout the stay, the rooms were not properly cleaned. There was a lack of basic supplies such as tissues, and soap was not replenished when it ran out. This reflects poor housekeeping service and attention to guest comfort. Lastly, the breakfast offered was quite disappointing. It lacked variety and basic options like cheese and olives, which are standard in many international breakfasts. For guests staying for an extended period, such limitations become noticeable and frustrating. We chose your hotel expecting a comfortable and well-maintained environment, but sadly, that was not our experience
We stayed for 5 nights(6.13.-6.18.). Unfortunately, the trip started with a bad impression. As soon as we sat at a table in the ground floor restaurant, my 10-year-old son accidentally dropped what looked like a boiled egg — but it turned out to be raw and broke on the floor. I asked the female staff member in the red shirt for help, but she sighed and frowned at us. I was quite shocked by her reaction. I said "sorry" twice, but she didn't respond — so I initially thought maybe she wasn't comfortable with English, but later I saw her speaking English fluently with other guests. She may be good at her job, but sighing and frowning at guests — especially just after a long night flight — is unacceptable and left a very bad impression. Yes, my son made a mistake, but I explained to him that anyone can make a mistake and what matters is learning from it. I hope the staff member can learn from this too. The location of the hotel is excellent.
