Spacious suite on paper – but the reality was disappointing. We booked the 72 m² two-bedroom suite, only to find it significantly smaller (closer to around 52 m²). This misrepresentation was frustrating, especially for a property positioning itself as upscale. While the location is convenient and the city view is nice, the interiors feel dated, maintenance is lacking, and cleanliness could be improved. Several amenities were not as described. Overall, the stay felt overpriced for what was delivered – transparency about room size and facilities would make a big difference.
I accidentally booked the wrong date for a stay that’s still more than two months away, and I realized the mistake immediately after booking. I reached out to both the hotel and the booking platform right away to try and correct it — but was met with a flat refusal and no flexibility whatsoever. While I understand that policies exist, it was frustrating to see zero willingness to assist, especially given the very early notice and how easily the room could be rebooked. A bit of basic customer care would’ve made a big difference here. Sadly, I can’t recommend a place that treats genuine, honest mistakes this rigidly
I stayed at the hotel on May 15, 2025. Upon check-in, a deposit was charged, which is standard practice. However, as of today, I have not received the refund, even though the promised return period has long passed. I’ve contacted the hotel but have not received a clear answer regarding the status of the deposit. This is quite disappointing, as everything else about the stay was fine. Can someone from the hotel please clarify why the refund hasn’t been processed yet?
